On June 10, 2008 the St. Bernard Council on Aging held a Hawaiian Luau. After being chosen King and Queen, Belton Constance and Anna Cusimano entertained their loyal subjects by dancing the Hula. Many seniors joined the fun by doing the Limbo to a tune played by The Maison Society Band. Some seniors enjoyed a game of Ring Toss while many others danced the afternoon away. Some lucky seniors won prizes, and everyone was treated to ice cream and cake. When the party ended, no one was ready to say Aloha!

On Tuesday, August 19, 2008 the St. Bernard Council on Aging will hold the quarterly Advisory Board meeting. The meeting will be held in the administration trailer at 10:00 a.m. The public is invited.
